Our inspector Bryan Naff was simply a joy to work with. Due to Covid-19 limitations, we could not walk through with him so he put together multiple video walkthroughs along with the final written report. The videos were impeccable, with the added bonus we could review them again and again. I told Bryan he should apply for a job with HGTV!! The written report was likewise organized, succinct and professional. There were a few questions I had afterwards and Bryan was extremely responsive in getting back with recommendations. Having bought and sold many pieces of real estate throughout the USA, I have had .
Due to covid I was not able to be there for the inspection, however they gave me 2 videos of the interior and exterior and a detailed inspection that they did. I highly recommend this agency.
