Archive Property Inspection were quick to respond and accommodate us on very short notice. During the review, our inspector took the time to answer all the questions we had and provide insight and guidance into the items he was evaluating and why. They have a COVID protocol in place, and our inspector wore a mask the entire time. We received an incredibly detailed report that evening. Brought a lot of peace of mind during an incredibly stressful time.

The process of buying a home is already difficult and confusing enough. It comes with lots of emotional stages along the way. Getting an offer accepted can be very exciting! The items found during inspection are clearly documented and an explanation of why it’s an issue that needs to be resolved arms you with the information you need to make a sound decision. Steve, from Archive Property Inspections, performed an excellent Pool/Spa inspection on a home I was under contract for. Steve was able to fit us in for a last minute, holiday weekend, pool inspection. He was friendly, easy to work with and explained everything he was doing to me. His inspection was thorough and informative. We will definitely use him in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for these services. Thank you!
