As a fairly clueless first time homebuyer I had no idea what to expect from an inspection, and Erik alleviated all my concerns. He walked me through what I needed to know and shared things to consider. He was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Erik is an easy recommendation for me to share, he gets a 10/10 because of the information and the manner in which he presents it. I appreciate it!
Erik is the best Home Inspector I have ever used (and I have used over 8). I have an engineering background and did some home construction in the past. Erik is honest, explains everything he will do and is passionate about doing the most thorough job I have ever seen. He even spends time with you on site going through everything that will be in the report. The report is extremely detailed and serves as a manual to your home with explanations about how certain items work. He spends a lot of time where it matters most such as the HVAC system, electrical panel, and flow of air into the HVAC system. I would use Erik’s services again without hesitation. He is a gem!
We have had many inspections but none as thorough as the one done by Erik. Following the inspection, Erik spent extra time with us explaining his findings. It’s especially important because we are out of state. Lots of pictures too which was very helpful. Good job Erik!
This review was easy to write because Erik of Arizona Copper Star Home Inspection, LLC impressed the wife and myself with his professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge in his inspection of the house we’re expecting to buy. When we arrived at the house to see what his inspection revealed it was amazing how detailed he was in his inspection and how well he explained everything to us. Then later that day when we received his 115 page report with pictures and full explanation we couldn’t have been more impressed with the job he did for us. Erik appears to truly enjoy his work and therefore takes his job very seriously in order to do it well with the customer in mind. If you need a home inspection this is the guy we recommend.

I had the pleasure of meeting Erik for a new home that I am purchasing, I found him very professional, very knowledgeable and most of all Thorough in his inspection. Erik explained what I could expect and how he was going to show his work and how to view on the website. His recommendations were fantastic being a new buyer and not knowing what to look for regarding home issues and what questions to ask. I am so glad that I went with Erik because the owner agreed to fix all the issues that were addressed with the inspection and now I can move forward with the purchase.
