Jack Randall and Scott Gray at Arizona Home Inspection LLC are totally awesome. We have used them several times over the years to inspect condo units that we were in the process of purchasing for rental units. Their reports are detailed and allow us to know what needs immediate attention, what should be addressed in due time and what we should save for in the future. They are professional, they work with us (since there can be uncertainly in a purchase contract) and they are good. Jack’s inspection reports are probably the best reports I have ever read. He always arrives to inspection sites early and gets into the business right away. He will find imperfections at places you would never even think about to look at. He provides his reports within the same day.
