We are first time home buyers and Jack was key in making us feel confident about our decisions to buy the property. He was superbly professional, very thorough in his assessments, very patient in his explanations, and just a very nice person overall. We can’t but highly recommend his work. Thanks Jack!

Scott is great! We recently had him inspect a home that we plan on purchasing. His level of knowledge, detail oriented style, and thorough approach was much appreciated. He was excellent at reviewing with us, on-site, the high level issues he found that day, and the report we received later in the day was incredibly detailed and helpful. As we sorted through the process of putting in an offer on the home, the background information we gained on the home through Scott’s process was referred to regularly and it really helped steer our decision and plan out future work. When we had a follow up questions via email a few weeks later about some work we are getting bids for, he responded very quickly with a thoughtful response.

I love working with both Jack & Scott at Arizona Home Inspections! They are committed to excellence and provide a through inspection. I feel my clients are represented well in the due diligence process when either Scott or Jack perform their inspection.
