My neighbor recommended i use the same company she used 2 weeks prior which was Universal Inspect. My inspector Leonardo was very knowledgeable and informed me about how bad asbestos can be for your health so I was extremely pleased that I had them come out. I got the report back in 24 hours and he called me that same day to explain the report since I had no clue what any of it meant. I would highly recommend everyone to use this company if you are serious and want things to be done right the first time.
My wife and I are buying our first home and we need a Home inspection done ASAP. We called around and Universal Inspect had the best price. Our inspectors name was Eric and he was just great.
