We cannot say enough good things about Josh and ASPEC! He was very quick to get us in, and very thorough with his inspection! It doesn’t seem like he misses very much, and we appreciated the walk through at the end of the inspection where he showed and explained to us what he did find. He also was sure to explain things in a way we would understand. Also, we got our inspection report back same day which is awesome! As a first time homeowner Josh made our inspection a lot smoother of a process than i expected, and we would recommend him to anyone in the house buying market

I have been moved in 2 months and 4 major issues have now arises. The roof is bad $10,000 hot water tank bad $500, Central air conditioning is bad $2500, furnace needs replace $2,500. Thanks for nothing but a headache. Did you even bother turning them on and seeing if they worked? I paid you to be my defense but you didn’t. There are so many more inspection company out there. Get a different one then him. He does not inspects he just looks around. That isn’t any help to the person about to spend all that money. God I wish I could have a do over. Smh…………..8-23-19..UPDATE…IN RESPONDS TO WHAT YOU WROTE..********. So you want to say you told me in the report that all the stuff needed to be replace? You’re right down the road. But I was here on day one the water heater didn’t work nor the A/C as well as the roof. Don’t try to lie to the people. They need someone who will know that these things are bad. Not someone who really don’t know. We are buying a home for a lot of money. And to show how far you lie. I still have the report and will post screenshots so people will see your shady business and how far you’re will go. To act like you’re company isn’t to blame. Just shows what kind of company you really are.
They were very nice people, answered all of our questions, were patient with first-time home-buyers like us, and they knew exactly what they were talking about. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in an inspector. 12/10
Josh was able to schedule an appointment for us a timely manner. He arrived for the inspection on time (a little early even!) He finished within the time quoted. He detailed his findings in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. We received a digital copy of his report within a few hours. It was very thorough. I would readily use this service again.
