There are not enough superlatives I could use to describe how happy I am with Ron’s thoroughness and professionalism. The value received far exceeded all of my expectations. I received a 70 page highly detailed report by the next day. Included with the inspection was a subscription for HomeBinder.com which will pay huge dividends in the future. Ron – thank you!

I watched how thorough he was and knew I needed him to do the inspection on my new home. Ron goes above and beyond to make sure he inspects every possible aspect of your home. So happy I hired Ron of Aspis Home Inspections to perform my home inspection this morning. Ron was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained himself thoroughly to me, someone who doesn’t know a whole heck of a lot about homes, and answered all my questions as they came up. He was sensitive to the fact that the home was tenant occupied, and was straight forward with me about any issues that popped up. I recommend Ron to anyone in the Pike County area looking for a home inspector who truly knows his stuff! Thanks again.
