Assured Integrity Home Inspections

My home inspection was scheduled for 0900. Our home is a new build, but weren’t expecting many issues if any, but rather be safe then sorry. When I arrived, Mr. Alberto Salinas had already begun performing his inspection. The areas inspected were Structural Systems, Electrical Systems, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems, Plumbing Systems, Appliances, and Landscape Irrigation Systems( which we didn’t know we had). We also opted for a Sewer Inspection and Termite Inspection.
