Leon answered my call right away and came out a couple days later. He was very thorough, identified many issues I would have no way been able to identify myself and returned a report to me that evening. I can’t say enough positive things about him and have recommended him to many of my neighbors who are in similar situations. The price was worth the return.
It was great. Leon was was very detailed in his report . He found things we would have never thought to look for because the home was a new construction. The report included fixes from nail pops (approximately $5 repair) to deck railings needing to be bolted to house (~$300). Very happy with the service, we would definitely recommend and use again. He also honored the coupon discount for Angie list members

Didnt get on roof or in crawspace and walked past things I had to point out. More I look now, more Im finding needs to be fixed correctly. Spend your money on someone that can actually do a thorough inspection
He came recommended by a family member. He was prompt in communication and scheduling an appointment. He arrived early and was informative and friendly. We appreciated that he took his time and thoroughly explained his findings at the end. He was also able to explain a few repairs in more detail to us as we are first time homebuyers. He made sure to answer any additional questions we had and took good quality photos of the items/places needing repair. A report was promptly emailed to us by the end of the day with all the information he described to us at the end of the inspection, including photos and cost estimates.
