Eric the home inspector, arrived early to the scheduled home inspection and was very professional and kind to me and the home sellers. He gave the house I just purchased a thorough inspection and provided a comprehensive recap soon after the inspection. He answered every question I had and highlighted items that I should pay particular attention to. You cannot go wrong with this home inspection company. They are also well priced for the services provided.
Eric was great from the start. Very friendly and responsive on the phone, he was prompt for the inspection and was quick on getting the reports back. His work was thorough and detailed and he took the time to answer our questions and point out any areas of concern. Would highly recommend.
