Timothy Kolb’s home inspection career began in 2006, as the housing market for the Phoenix Metro area and its outer lying communities in Maricopa County reached new peaks of growth and expansion. Originally from the Ohio valley, Tim brings his skills from the trade lines of construction, and the electrical field.
As an honorably discharged veteran of the USAF, he expanded the knowledge he acquired as well as other fields such as building maintenance, flight line support, and other missions and duties. Working in the corporate world for years after his military service and seeing the possibility of working for himself , he was encouraged by a good friend to join him in going back to school and into the real estate field. After successfully completing the Arizona State requirements to become a licensed home inspector, he prepared all avenues of business through his knowledge, experience, and training in supervision and customer service by creating his own company.
