I’ve learned the hard way that the smartest thing you can do is to hire a top notch home inspection firm We chose the fine folks at “Attic to Sidewalk” after hearing about them time and time again from everyone we asked for a referral. Their emailed report was extremely thorough, prompt and uncovered a few issues that other inspectors probably would have missed or failed to mention. My wife and I cannot possibly begin to tell you just how amazingly thrilled we are with Sidewalk to Home Inspections.
Great guy, he had shown up to the property about 30 minutes before we did and inspected the outside of the house. He informed us of everything he found and walked us through the whole process. He made sure we understood how stuff worked in the house, and also why things were built a certain way due to the time the house was built. Highly recommend these people for an inspection. I know will be using them again when and if I get another house.
