I have used Turk with Audubon Inspections many times and found him to be extremely responsive, reliable and reasonable. He is clear with my clients that are purchasing a new home regarding any issues that he may find without being alarming. Aside from being charming, he is also quite professional.
He took the time to explain what he was seeing in ways I would understand and offered advice on things I could do as a home owner to improve the safety and value of my house. His turnaround time for the report was very quick and the report was very thorough and easy to understand. Plus he was hysterical and made the whole process rather enjoyable. I highly recommend him!
