He conducted both the home inspection and water testing for a home we wanted to purchase. Chris was very easy to communicate with in person and via email. He was quick to respond, easy to understand and professional. We received our invoices and reports quickly. Scheduling with him could not have gone better. I would definitely recommend this business.
He was very thorough in his notetaking and took the time to explain the different aspects of the home inspection. He gave tips and pointers to fix things and when there was a larger issue at hand made sure to explain what we were looking at. Very professional and a fast turnaround on the report. I will be recommending Chris to anybody I know buying a home in the future.
Chris was incredibly efficient in his communication, responding promptly and able to schedule our home inspection within 2 days of our request. During the inspection he allowed for us to follow him around and ask any questions we had. Very prompt service.
