Billy Meyerdirk has been inspecting properties full time since 1990. He has inspected over 7,500 properties to date and is licensed as a Certified Applicator with the Texas Agricultural Commission. In 2006 Billy was awarded Affiliate of the Year by the Austin Board of Realtors. In 2001 Billy was appointed to a six year term to the Texas Real Estate Inspectors Committee where he served as Chairman of Education Sub Committee and Ethics Sub Committee. He enjoys Caribbean Travel, Bill fishing and Scuba diving.
