They have always been there to answer the tough follow-up questions that come up from time to time and we sometimes really dig into the details. One of my favorite parts is how easy they are to schedule which is important in a market with short option periods.

The owner, Gary Hart, is a prince of a man with TONS of experience and runs a tightly run ship. I was able to book within days and Gary did my termite inspection along with his co-worker Adam. Adam did a GREAT job on my inspection and together the ‘bad’ results helped me avoid buying a lemon of a house!! =both of them stayed in the blazing heat for 30 minutes or more patiently going though the results afterwards also.

Andy came out to inspect a house I am under contract on and did a very thorough job. After going through the house with a fine toothed comb, he walked me through every issue he found and offered reasonable order of priorities that would need to be fixed.
