Hello and welcome to Authentic Home Inspections LLC. Thank you for visiting our site. We will strive to give you the best home inspection using the latest technology. We know buying a new home can be stressful, let us help take some of the stress off with giving you an inspection that will show you the good and the bad. Know where your money is going. You will receive a detailed inspection report using a state of the art program named Spectora. We are a Certified, Licensed and Bonded Home inspection business. We will inspect all parts of the house: such as roof, windows, attic, crawlspaces, exterior, foundation and installed systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc). We use thermal imaging when needed on windows, electrical panels and in each room if necessary. This will help to see what we do not have access to. This will help keep safety and speed inline with our standards. You can expect a home inspection to take anywhere from 2-5 hours, depending on weather, the age and size of your home. We have heard of the great job that is done by Authentic Homes Inspections from Happy Valley so requested them for our inspection. Tim was very responsive, respectful and thorough. Both my Realtor and I were impressed with the time spent on the inspection and the details of the report. It was an added bonus when the 4K drone was used for aerial inspection. I would highly recommend Tim to inspect your next home.

Tim is very knowledgeable and super patient, went though the inspection, he offered plenty of time for question and answer, and was willing to chat long after our planned inspection time about the property. He took tons of photos. He’s definitely a great resource for home inspections
