Just as we were heading into our most recent winter weather our hot water heater went down. Luckily Ace Home Services (formerly AZ Plumbing) picked up and were able to schedule us in. Reuben, the repairman assigned our job, was conscientious, persistent and did a fine job getting to the issue and resolving it the same day.

Sam Collins was very personable, polite and professional. We had a very weird plumbing problem that caused our upstairs plumbing to whistle, but there was nothing causing the downstairs plumbing to sing. Sam was stumped at first and admitted it, but after checking with a few people, the problem was fixed. Most likely something (a leaf) got into the roof vent and caused a partial blockage that affected water pressure. Weird, but problem solved.

Excellent company to work with. Have used this company before. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and very neat working on projects. They give thorough assessments and get the job done.
