Mark gave us a 50 page report of the house with comments and pictures. It included all suggestions of things needing to be fixed, cosmetic issues, and potential problems. He is always available to further questions and has been amazing in the home buying process! We would recommend him 100%!

Mark is a great guy.I expected to receive it the following day, but was pleasantly surprised to find it sent that night. He invited us along his inspection and pointed out and explained various findings. It’s a good sign that someone is willing to have their shoulder looked over, but above and beyond to take the time to explain. Given the amount of people he services, it would be very easy to just simply submit the report and call it done (which would be perfectly fine), but it takes a special kind of passion to share one’s knowledge real-time. He does not lose sight of the fact that the average customer isn’t knowledgeable in this nor does the customer do this kind of thing every day. I would highly recommend Mark.
