Property Inspector Eric was so amazing to work with! Not only did he do a great job inspecting my home but also took the time to come back and confirm the repairs were done correctly and even after I closed came back and helped me figure out a plumbing issue I didnt foresee. Truly above and beyond service and I would recommend them to anyone. Again, shout out to Eric who did an amazing job and is just the best!!!

It’s hard to find companies that are 100% committed on all categories. Hands down, this is the BEST inspection company. Claudia is always a step ahead on what my clients need. She’s always so attentive, happy and ready to go. Been working with them since I started my Real Estate career. Throughout the years I’ve worked with many of their inspectors. Chad and AZ Property Inspections are hands down the most thorough home inspectors I have come across. He was easy to get a hold of, scheduled us within minutes of leaving a voice message. Chad sat down with me after the inspection for 30 minutes going over every detail. My report was done and ready the same day he inspected my home (in fact I think he printed it in his truck when he was finished…. In color). Chad knows his stuff and over explained every detail (which is what I need!). Home buying is such a huge investment and knowing someone has taken their time to go over everything so there are no surprises was worth every penny. I will for sure use AZ Property Inspectors in the future and would highly recommend anyone looking for an honest hard working inspector to give a Chad, Liz or Tim a call. You will not regret it!
