Aztec is not only through in their work but their insurance policy is exceptional and rare. After move in we had a plumbing issue arise and Mike and Aztec’s warranty policy came through in assistance with the costs. I don’t know of any other inspector that has this coverage. Highly recommend.
Mike was able to fit me into his schedule at a very short notice after I explained the urgency of having this inspection. His report was back within 5 days and was EXTREMELY thorough. Would recommend him to anyone!
