Chris and his team greatly exceeded my expectations! Aztec Home Inspections was referred to me by my real estate agent Mike Mora from Big Block Realty. Mike told me he had the best home inspection company lined up for my home inspection. I have over 20 years experience in the construction industry with very high expectations. I accompanied during my home inspection and I appreciated that Chris approached the inspection using a non-biased objective manner and the level of expertise that both Chris and Dakota showed. Chris brings and utilizes the latest technology incorporating drones with 4K video capture and forward looking infrared (thermal Imagining) cameras. Chris and Dakota showed amazing attention to detail during the inspection and I didn’t feel like they were rushing. Aztec Home Inspections brought a level of professionalism that has become rare, arriving on time, well dressed in a company uniform, no nonsense upsells and respectful communication. When I received the home inspection report from Aztec I was very impressed. The report captured all of the issues with pictures in an organized manner that is easy to read with summaries that categorizes the issues into varying levels of importance. Mike Mora was right, Aztec Home Inspections is the best! There might be cheaper outfits out there, but if you are looking for the best during your home purchase Aztec is your best choice.

Dallas recently did a home inspection for my clients and he was excellent. My client followed him during most of the inspection and he was so patient and explained all the findings thouroughly. I highly recommend!
