B and D Roofing Construction

I called and got a voice message. Started leaving my name number and details of a roof repair. Somebody then answer the phone and said we don’t want any and then hung up.

I had my roof replaced by B&D ROOFING a few years back. One night, after a rain, I was sitting in my kitchen. It has a skylight in the kitchen. A drop of water hit my right shoulder. It must be coming from the roof. Also, some areas in my bathroom were questionable. They checked my whole roof! When I called them, I wasn’t expecting them to show up the same day. They must have squeezed me in for a roof checkup.The problem was leaves and small cracks caused the drip. They repaired it and didn’t charge me! I couldn’t believe it! I’m charged for everything! I guess they considered it a courtesy call. I call it relief and appreciation! So, if you need roofing, they are definitely the people to call.

Overall their work is good and reasonably priced. They were priced in the middle of the quotes that I received. They work fast and ensure everything is cleaned up at the end of the job. The only gripe I have is with a mistake that they made. For some reason they covered up the vent opening on the roof used for the bathroom exhaust fan. There was a large aluminum cover on the roof, and there’s no way they could have not seen it. I never climbed onto the roof and did not notice the issue until months after the job was completed. When I called the owner, she was condescending and insisted that her team would never do such a thing. She also said they would not go into the attic to create a new opening. I advise doing a thorough walk through and getting onto the roof to ensure nothing is missed. She advised that I push through the shingles myself to create a new opening, and that they would put a cover over the opening on the roof.
