It was very educational to be able to see all the areas (through the photos) of the house one doesn’t normally think about or get to actually see, (such as under the floor, in the narrow crawl space.) Great experience! Really felt like Mr. Manns was there to help me and give me information that would allow me to make a decision about a huge purchase in my life. He walked me through the report and took the time to answer any questions i had.
Yesterday 7/11/18 was the home inspection on the house I am selling. Mike Manns ( B4 U Close Home Inspection ) of Jackson preformed the inspection. As is common the buyers come towards the end of the inspection to pay him and here is where my blood pressure gets a little high. The inspector Mike Manns leaves and lets these folks (that I do not know) stay in my house, unattended. They go through my stuff leave their empty coke cans and mess for me to clean up and throw their cigarettes in the driveway and car port then when they do leave they don’t even bother to shut the front door completely or lock it!
When he went over his findings with me he simplified it and because of his findings the seller is putting on a new roof and servicing the AC unit. The pricing was unbeatable and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection
