He charged less than most inspectors in the area. He spent a lot of time talking with us and was Knowledgeable with respect to real estate. Unfortunately his actual inspection was not very good. He missed a floor to ceiling crack in the foundation, leaking sky light, some loose shingles and signs of mice since we have had them present since we moved in. At times he seemed more concerned with avoiding over burdening the home owners.
Very professional, and knows his stuff. His pricing is very reasonable as well. I am going to definitely use him for any future inspections, and I recommend
