We were completely unfamiliar with current real estate trading practices and the Sedona real estate market as well. Barbara was very patent explaining how prices were determined by comparisons, with some advancement in price in view of the condition and attributes of the home and property. Got to give it to Barbara, she hangs in there! Barbara has been working with my wife and me for over three years and we finally decided to make the move to Sedona as we found the perfect home. During the process she (and her team) were diligent to make sure that everything from A to Z was addressed prior to closing resulting in a smooth transition.
