A little about myself…I picked up my first hammer when I was 8 years old living in Upstate New York. I grew up watching and helping my father who was an electrician and a handyman. I soon learned, that like my father, I was very comfortable helping other people fix things in their homes. This passion for helping other people is why I enjoy being a Home Inspector. I believe it is the job and role of a Home Inspector to protect people in making sure properties they are investing in are safe and structurally sound.
He took the time to explain things to me. The report was easy to understand. An added plus is that heihe a very pleasant guy. Thanks Joe!
I have only good things to say for Joe’s work from start to finish! He was very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. Prior to the inspection, he sent documents to sign and billing all via secure web-based channels. Scheduling his time was easy too, Joe was flexible on dates so we could land on a date and time where I could be in-person. On the day of the inspection, he arrived right on-time (10 mins early to be exact). Joe was very thorough in his inspection, explaining what he was seeing as he was seeing it. He was helpful in answering my questions during the inspection as well. After the inspection, Joe sent us an incredibly detailed inspection report, complete with pictures, arrows and descriptions to go along with them. The report was very clear to follow and very helpful in the next step of our home buying process.
He was professional and the job he did was very thorough and comprehensive. He found a few issues that we never would have known about. We highly recommend Joe.
