Brian Brown was the one inspecting my new home and did a great job. Was very friendly and professional when giving me tips on what to work on in my new home. I am a first time home buyer and he made it very easy for me to understand what he was doing and what exactly I should make my first priority. He will be one I will refer to all my upcoming first time home buying friends in the future.

I have requested inspections by BB Home Inspection on five occassions and have been pleased with Brian Brown’s thoroughness at each location. I first hired this company to do an inspection of my home in preparation to sell it. I had an idea of what items might be flagged as unsatisfactory but wanted to see what an inspector would have to say about those and other things I was not aware of. The inspection provided information before the house was put on the market and I was able to remedy some issues before the house was seen by the public. I chose to do repairs on some items but acquired estimates for others. And a couple of things I expected to be seen as faults weren’t, because of the age of the house. It was valuable information. I was on the buyers side in the other inspections. We may know a lot about our own homes, but it’s impossible to observe everything when walking through one you’re not familiar with. Brian knows what to look for, can explain his findings, and provide the report the same or the following day. This company gets my thumbs up.
