Chris explained the process before we hired him for home inspection. On the date of the walk-through we met and he went over all of his findings, both good and bad. He helped reassure us of making our first home purchase, and the free warranty that is included is a great deal. He was very friendly and professional. When we had questions he did a super job of explaining and “dumbing down” for us when needed! Would highly recommend.
