Hi, I’m Randy Bean – owner and home inspector of Bean Home Inspections. When I am not inspecting or working on a project, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and golfing. Before I became a home inspector, I spent almost 30 years in the general contracting business. Having a background in residential construction gives me an major advantage when it comes to inspecting homes. I have an extensive knowledge of structural components, which makes costly issues easy for me to spot. Knowing how a home should be built from the ground up ensures I can deliver a thorough and quality inspection.

He was very knowledgeable, personable and truly took a lot of the stress out of the entire process. As a first time home buyer, I felt so much better after my meeting and inspection with him. Highly recommend!
His inspection and report were both very thorough and professionally done, and he patiently answered all of my many questions in a clear fashion. He even provided a follow-up letter for my lender when the appraiser raised some questions about the house at the last minute. It was a pleasure meeting Randy, too – soon after meeting him, I could tell he was an honest, stand-up guy and a very experienced inspector. If I ever need a home inspection again, there’s no question who I will call.
