He pays close attention to details and puts together in-depth reports to back up his findings. He inspected the entirety of a 3 foot-high crawl-space that went the length of the house and photographed areas where the floor was sagging and was being held up by eroding cinder-block. He literally goes over every inch of an house to give honest feedback that can be used to make important purchasing decisions. He has extensive contracting experience and a positive and helpful personality that helped put us at ease during our house buying experience.
