Before You Buy’s inspection fees are based on several factors and we consider our prices to be very competitive. Some of the factors include: size of house and whether it is on slab or has a crawl space.
Other factors can include out buildings, detached garages and shops, retaining walls and swimming pools.

The are very conscientious about their work and their reports are extremely thorough and detailed. That along with they are family owned and local gives me a lot of confidence to recommend them to everyone.
They are friendly and helpful and highly knowledgeable about what they do. They both have multiple years in the construction industry. They were awesome enough to not charge me for a write up of their inspection because the first house we looked at was trash. They are just fantastic. I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking into a house in the central Arkansas area!
