I had them come out and inspect my client’s home that they went under contract on. Mike did a great job and the report that he sent out was super informative! I will defiantly use them again!
They were responsive, quick to schedule, and have a quality report. In particular, Troy was great. He was through and explained everything very well.
We were impressed from the very beginning with how easy it was to use their website, understand pricing, and schedule online. We were easily able to find an appointment within our time-frame. Troy was prompt and friendly. He was willing to answer questions about the inspection at the time of the appointment and through email the next day. The inspection was thorough and we received our detailed report the same day as the inspection. We were very happy with the entire experience.
