Thus far we have used them for two inspections. Both times Greg responded quickly and was available within a couple day. His report was very thorough, it includes pictures and recommendations of how soon to a problem need to be fixed. I thought the price was fair. My realtor had a inspector she works with who was less expensive, but the peace of mind of a job well done is worth every penny. I will use Beltway Home Inspection every time.
. He checked the house from top to bottom and answered a bunch of questions (day of and later the same week on the phone) with patience. He found a masonry issue that we would have never known about and would have cost us a few thousand dollars to fix down the road. I feel like I know exactly what I am buying thanks to Dennis. He’s the real deal.
