Didn’t show up for first appointment time at all. Acted like we were a bother. Second time my husband was with him and noted leaks and problems that Creasy missed. Just had Pangborn do another inspection and he found a long list Creasy missed. Can’t be relied on.
Horrible home inspector. Missed many major issues that showed up after the purchase of our home. Called him out on it and he denies all. Told us the exposed wire in our backyard was not electric and it turned out to be a live 240volt line. Missed several major plumbing and wiring issues as well. Save your money and go somewhere else. This guy doesnt know what he’s looking at and he has no accountability for his mistakes
