Bennett Home Inspections

I’ve used Bennett Home Inspections twice now for 2 home purchases and each time they have been so friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I know I am guarenteed an honest, accurate report. This is the only business I will use for home inspections.

Bennett Home Inspections was very thorough and my expectations were knocked out of the park. They were professional, took pictures of problem areas and even did a video of the sewer scope. I would definitely use Bennett again

If you are out there looking for a good, reliable home inspector, Geoff is the person to go to. You can trust him completely. He provides you with a detailed explanation of what the inspection will look like and what you can expect from him before you order the inspection including the price. And once the inspection is done, he follows up with you, either in person or virtually, depending on your convenience and goes over the inspection report which is as thorough and complete as can be, accompanied with a ton of pictures of what he came across during the home inspection. Under each photo he has written an description of what it is, along with a suggestion of appropriate repairs from the builder or seller.

Ann was extremely kind and accommodating when scheduling the inspection, and gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable with the process ahead of time. Geoff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He took his time to thoroughly inspect the home I’m purchasing, showed me specific things he was noting in his report, and answered all my questions. He even spent additional time with me beyond the inspection to share his insight and expertise. The home inspection report Geoff provided was extremely detailed and helpful. I was beyond pleased with my experience with Bennett Home Inspections, and cannot recommend them enough.

Even though we’re purchasing a new home, getting a second set of eyes on all the systems and functions of the home is a must.
