Because we needed not only a home inspection for closing on a home but also a synthetic stucco inspection on that home. A very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional man. We accompanied him to the property while he inspected the home. He answered any questions we had and the report was so thorough with pictures and explanation. It helped us see what was needed to be discussed before we closed. We are very grateful for his experience and professionalism. We highly recommend Bentley & Associates.

My husband and I were very impressed by the professionalism of their inspection and report. They were extremely efficient and had our report to us the very next day. It was very detailed. I wish I could have given 4.5 stars and I definitely would have given 5 stars if on the report they would have given a good frame of reference for their findings. In other words, the picture would show an issue and sometimes the report would say on the right side. What does that mean? The right side of the house if you’re standing in front facing it? It would have been better to use compass points because there’s no ambiguity. Also there were issues on the floor w/photos but no reference point, i.e. north east corner of basement, or south wall of dining room. Same with crawl spaces. It would have been nice to know if the crawl space was the one under the master bathroom or the one under the kitchen. For people who live out of state and cannot go back to the house to match up the photos with the house itself, it really helps to have reference points.
