Steve was great to work with. He was very thorough and we could tell he had safety and respect of the homeowners always in mind. He even beat us to the home on the day of the inspection. He got our reports to us promptly and made sure we knew we could contact him with any questions. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.
Takes all the time to make sure we understand everything in the house and how it works. He just seems to actually care. I’ve heard some horror stories lately about inspectors who just do a horrible job and Steve is completely the opposite. He even showed up half an hour or so before our appointment to inspect the outside of our property. He also was able to work with our schedule and time period wonderfully, he actually met with us the following day within 24 hrs. We were blessed! And resonably priced as well!! Steve was the first company I researched and I knew he was the guy to go with right away. Thank you Steve your awesome!!!
