He arrives on time, and knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone that needed a home inspection done. Both home inspections we have had done by him, the inspection report was sent to us within 6 hours. He is also very affordable. Would give more than 5 stars if I was able to. Thank you for all of your hard work Paul (and your wife, she does amazing as well), and if we ever need another home inspection, we will definitely be coming back to you!!!

Paul was very personable and kind. He speaks in terms that you can understand and the reports he provides afterwords is an easy to follow list of my home’s needs and repairs. His honesty and understanding makes him the best home inspector in the area. Its easy to see that between Paul and his wife Lisa they both have the knowledge to fill an encyclopedia on residential construction. Don’t even hesitate with this one. Trust me, I trust them.

On the day of the inspection he didn’t rush through it, he took the time to point things out, explained everything he noticed (good and bad), and was very honest. I am so thankful that I was referred to him and highly recommend him to others. We had a great experience and appreciated all the advice for future maintenance of the home. He also welcomes questions down the road which is awesome. I wish there were more people like him in business!
