An inspector is someone who has a working knowledge of many trades and can give an overview of the condition of the home. He will list areas of concern and list possible problems.
You will learn about the condition of the house prior to the purchase based on accurate and objective information.
Together we will spend about three hours on an average, systematically and uniformly performing the inspection. You will receive a report via email for your use.

Eddie has done a few repair and improvement projects for us now. From fixing a toilet valve to drywall and vinyl siding repair he has been prompt, professional, and priced right! And he’s just a good guy. He has a proposal in to do some more extensive kitchen remodel work for us.
The owner is a bad mannered, arrogant person. He does a quick fix job. Forget quality. I had to ask him to leave my home due to bad manners. Utterly rude. Don’t wanna give him one star on google but google forces to give at least one star. He deserves a zero star on google
Excellent job! The crew was very clean polite and professional. I had my garage remodeled and they installed a window. They cleaned up every night before they left the job site. The remodel included shelving, wall organization & electrical. Entire job took 3 days – start to finish. Highly recommend!
