Amazing is an understatement. The level of professionalism and service that i received from dennis was first class. I would recommend this company to anyone buying a home to use his service. The detailed report and explanation of everything was top of the line. Being a first time home buyer i was nervous but Dennis was able to explain everything to me in detail. I would recommend Beyond the Beams to anyone! These guys are the real deal.
The service was excellent. Dennis was informative, punctual and gave us a full breakdown of everything we should know. This helped us tremendously in the process. I was impressed with how fast we received our inspection report and his ability to lead us in the right direction. All good things here with my experience. Great company, great guy.
Dennis took us through all issues that he identified and was able to explain what they were and how much they would cost to correct. His analysis was in depth and thorough. As a first time home buyer he put our minds at ease. He was available to us even after hours. Was the best $595 we ever spent.
