I was impressed with his work and hired him to inspect a couple of houses I wanted to buy. It’s been time and money well spent for such a significant investment.
Takes his time and is very observant of everything. Bierman was quick to point out things that neither we or the experienced realtor even noticed. His finalized report was both detailed and user friendly, easy to understand. Beirman even inspected the catchment tank free of charge while most other inspectors charge additional etc. Overall very detailed inspector and easy to work with A++
I used it as a plan for remediation of issues with the house I purchased.
