We asked Bruce to come look at a house that was built in 1959. We expected him to spent 15 to 20 minutes quickly going over the features that he saw. Instead, he spent 90 minutes with lots of detail on what he liked as well as what could be improved upon on how to do it.We highly recommend his services.

Would recommend! Bruce performed a VERY detailed inspection on my potential home. I was very impressed. He also took the time to explain the issues in more detail as well as share his knowledge with me on other situations that are common in the Rapid City area.

Bruce was absolutely awesome. As first time home buyers, my wife and I approached the process very cautiously. Bruce’s attention to detail, personable demeanor, and willingness to teach us things about the process were absolutely vital in purchasing our first home. His report was on time, and almost unbelievably detailed for a 24 hour turnover. He will not shy away from accessing difficult-to-reach parts of the house or letting you know his candid opinions about issues he finds. You can tell he knows his stuff both from a home inspector standards of practice standpoint, and as an engineer.
