Dave and Sharon were a pleasure to work with and took care making sure our first home didn’t come with any unwanted baggage. Sharon was informative, and was able to schedule us the same week I called which was a huge relief with our tight timeframe. Dave did a thorough inspection and was super patient answering my barrage of questions at its conclusion. The post inspection report was incredibly thorough and included detailed descriptions and an array of color photos of all pertinent issues with our home. Overall I can’t recommend Blue Majestic enough for a trustworthy home inspection in SW Utah!
