My background in construction started in 1982. Since then I have worked continuously in the Twin Falls, Southern Idaho Area, in both the new construction and remodel industry. I starting as a Tradesman, later as a Manager and then Owner of a Construction Business. This broad knowledge and skill base made for the perfect platform to step into the Home Inspection business, so in 2013 I opened Blue Wing Inspections, since then I have performed well over 1000 inspections. I am certified by both ICA and InterNACHI, (The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) I am also an affiliate member of the Western Magic Valley Realtors Association and the IMLS. My education as a Home Inspector is continually being advanced through online certification courses offered to members through InterNACHI. Robert was quick to respond/ schedule the inspection, did a VERY thorough inspection, and had the report back by the same day. The program he uses for the report is also super user friendly. I am in another state trying to buy a house in Idaho, which is very stressful, but this was easy and well done!
Robert was able to schedule a timely inspection. He provided details others only guessed about. Because I’m from out of state he gave me a clear picture of all items that needed to be addressed. As a building contractor myself, one of the best reports I have seen. Very professional job.
