Mr. Repass performed a home inspection on a home we were trying to purchase. I really felt like he had our best interest in mind throughout the process. He was very honest and thorough. He had no problem answering any questions we had during the inspection. He was very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend his service if you are looking for a home inspector.

Bob is fantastic! His inspections are thorough and detailed. His overall building knowledge allows him to be able to explain what is wrong, how much to worry about it, and even how to fix it. He has 35+ years in the business. His price is fair and he is very kind.

Bob is the absolute best. I called him on a Tuesday to set up a home inspection, and he booked me for that Friday. He was early and very thorough. I was purchasing a multi-family home and the tenants weren’t very accommodating when it came to opening their doors at the scheduled time. Bob didn’t complain and waited around with us until we could access each apartment, he even volunteered to come back later if we could not get in. I got a very detailed inspection report and summary the next morning. I would highly recommend Bob Repass!
