BPG inspectors perform comprehensive visual inspections involving a home’s major visible, structural and mechanical systems for homeowners and prospective buyers. BPG Inspectors adhere to the appropriate state licensing law for home inspections (where applicable) or a nationally recognized standard or practice for home inspections such as ASHI or NACHI standard. The items examined in a typical home inspection include the plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems, foundation, roof, exterior and interior structures and built-in appliances. The visual inspection culminates in a set of comprehensive, computer generated reports describing the condition of the items and systems inspected. Thank you BPG!! My husband and I are first time home buyers so we have noooo idea what we are doing but as soon as I met Dallas (our inspector), he put me at ease. The BPG guys are super thorough and they answer all of the million questions you may have with a smile. Dallas even showed me how to look for and make sure things were operating properly. Buying a house is stressful in itself and going through the inspection adds to it but the BPG guys definitely make it easier.

Mark Miller with BPG Inspections did an amazing job. He got in every nook and cranny and was really thorough. He also had some helpful tips and tricks for home ownership in general. It was a great inspection.

I had an amazing experience with BPG Inspections when buying my first home. Curt was my inspector and he did a fantastic job. He was very thorough in his inspection and explanation. After the inspection was complete, Curt stayed to tell me what he found and what steps would have to be taken to repair or replace. He was able to answer every question I had and explain it to me in layman’s terms. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be using BPG in the future and specifically requesting Curt.
