Used this company and they ripped me off and has cost me money. I used them just about 2 months ago for a pre-inspection for purchasing a house and when we closed and got in the house took just about 5 min to find 2 valves so corroded and rusted that they will not turn off. from the realtor to the plumber that came out said the inspector did not do their job. be wary on using these people I would post the photo’s but will not let me but will keep trying.
