He was very professional and thorough and walked me through everything when completed. I highly recommend.
The inspector was already performing the inspection when I arrived about 5 minutes later than the scheduled time. He was able to point out various issues that we were not able to detect ourselves. There were some things he was unsure about that my real estate agent and/or myself were able to help him with.
We had Bill do an inspection on the house we plan to purchase, and I was over and away impressed by the thoroughness of the report! He got out to the property within the week, and we had the inspection report that night. The color coding, extensive photos and recommendations for repairs was dummy proof, and made our reading the report much easier. I would totally use these guys again!!!
